Xolo is all set to release the first MediaTek MT6589T Turbo charged smartphone Xolo Q1000S anytime soon. Except Micromax other manufactures either have declared the arrival of their MTK6589T 1.5 GHz quad core smartphone. Karbonn Titanium S6 could be the one from the house of Karbonn while we have Spice Pinnacle FHD M-525 from Spice Mobility. Even less popular iBerry will launch a product with similar specs dubbed as iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1. Now we have one from Xolo dubbed Xolo Q1000S, the upgraded version of currently available Xolo Q1000.
Xolo is yet to open their mouth in this regard. Neither they have disclosed anything in their blog. But a recent report from NDTV Gadgets suggests that Xolo is working on a 5 inch phablet that sports 720p resolution. Powered by 1.5 GHz quad core ARM Cortex A7 CPU, 357 MHz clocked PowerVR SGX544MP GPU and 1 GB RAM the machine could be a re-branded Gionee Elife E5.
According to the source Xolo Q1000S will cost Rs 16,999. It’s the same price at which Spice Stellar FHD is available. In addition you will get a 13 MP back camera, 5 MP front camera, out of the box Android 4.2 JellyBean.
Xolo Play, a NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered quad core smartphone is already listed on Flipkart with coming soon status at Rs 15,999. Now it’s interesting to see the full specs of Xolo Q1000S.
